Phuoc Hue Buddhist Temple of San Antonio invites you to join us in celebrating the Lunar New Year 2024!
Please join us on Friday, February 9 at 8:00pm in the Grand Shrine Hall.
The celebration will include the Opening Ceremony of the Great Drum and Bell, a prayer offering by the monastics and senior members to the Venerable Abbot, a talk in Vietnamese and English by the Venerable Abbot, short chanting in Vietnamese and English, and a Lion Dance. After the main service, guests will be given an offering from the temple – a gesture of gratitude, longevity, and prosperity.
Lastly, guests are welcome to dinner, conversation, and watching some firecrackers outside.
Guests are also invited to a vegetarian meal after the ceremony (packed in convenient to-go boxes).
