Please join us for a free one-day meditation retreat on Saturday, December 11, 2021. This retreat will start promptly at 6:00AM until 6:00PM, so please arrive 10-15 minutes early. This will be an electronics-free retreat. During the retreat we will have Dharma talks, some chanting at opening and closing ceremonies, meditation, and a few chore sessions.

Meditation retreats are a beautiful way to get in touch with our deeper selves and being able to practice with a Sangha and group of like-minded people. The retreat serves as both a place for disciplined meditation practice and awareness to aid in our development, and to help us discover our true selves and reconnect with our body and mind.

During the retreat we will have very short chanting sessions, dharma talks, sitting and walking meditation, and times for some chores and resting. Vegetarian breakfast, lunch, and a light dinner will be provided.

You are welcome to bring a vegetarian/vegan dish for our potluck-style lunch.

All are welcome. Kid friendly, however, 13+ is recommended.
