Good news! The Intro to Buddhist Meditation Class starts again on Saturday, February 27, 2021. Master Thích Quang Trí will be leading the class every second and fourth Saturday of the month at 10am. This year’s series will mainly focus on the Anapanasati Sutta (Mindfulness of Breathing), as it is the most traditional and important form and text on meditation in Buddhism.
