Vesak Celebration (Buddha’s Birthday)

Please join us for one of the most important Buddhist holidays of the year; Vesak! On this auspicious holiday we celebrate the birth, enlightenment, and death of the Buddha with a Dharma talk in Vietnamese and English, chanting, and a holy bath of Prince Siddartha.

The celebration will also have a formal opening ceremony of the Great Bell and Drum, followed by a Dragon Dance before opening remarks and the ceremony.

This will be an in-person and virtual event. All in-person attendees are required to wear a mask and maintain social distancing. After the service, guests are welcome to a free vegetarian lunch and enjoy live music.
