Please join us for a free  one-day meditation retreat. This retreat will start promptly at 6:00AM until 6:00PM, so please arrive 15-20 minutes early to check-in and receive your retreat robe. This will be an electronics-free retreat. During the retreat we will have Dharma talks, some chanting at opening and closing ceremonies, meditation, and mindful working sessions.
Meditation retreats are a beautiful way to get in touch with our deeper selves and being able to practice with a Sangha and group of like-minded people. The retreat serves as both a place for disciplined meditation practice and awareness to aid in our development, and to help us discover our true selves and reconnect with our body and mind.

Vegetarian breakfast, lunch, and a light dinner will be provided.
You are welcome to bring a vegetarian/vegan dish for our potluck-style lunch.

All are welcome. Kid friendly, however, 13+ is recommended.
