All are welcome to join us for one-hour of sitting meditation and 15 minutes of walking meditation every 2nd and 4th Saturday at 10am. While the meditation class is on its summer break, we will continue to meet for meditation only. There will be no “class” or talk given during these sessions. Venerable Thich Quang Trí will give a brief introduction at the beginning of the session and everyone is encouraged to revisit our YouTube Channel to review prior classes and teachings.
