Join us for this free series of classes every 2nd & 4th Saturday at 10am that will help teach you the basics of Buddhist meditation. We will cover the purpose of meditation, posture, sitting and walking meditation, and various methods and techniques of meditation that you can do. Each class covers a different topic, method, or technique of meditation.
 
This year’s series will mainly focus on the Anapanasati Sutta (Discourse on Mindfulness of Breathing), as it is the most traditional and important form and text on meditation in Buddhism.
 
Everyone is welcome to join us for this free meditation class. No experience is necessary. People from all backgrounds are welcome. Please be sure to join our Facebook Group and/or the Mailing List below to stay informed about all class updates and announcements.
 
Each class we will have a 30+/- minute discussion on our topic and up to 30 minutes of meditation. We will have time before and after the class for any questions.
