Please join us for our second Day of Mindful Working, aka, Volunteer Day. We made some tremendous progress during our last day of working outside. This time, we are focusing on the inside!
We’ll be getting all our furniture/altar tables installed, so we will be working on placing all of the statues on the altars and getting them cleaned and prepped. So we will need lots of people power!
Please bring your friends and family! This is also a great opportunity to work with and get to know some of the Sangha members (temple members) and monastics, and build your spiritual relationships.
*Since this event is for moving and installing the statues and requires manpower, we ask that you please show up on time so that we can move everything in a timely manner and the moving isn’t too strenuous for those already there.
We will be having pizza for lunch (you may also want to bring your own meal if you have dietary restrictions or allergies). We will have drinks and water.
You must please register if you are certain you can attend. You don’t have to stay for the whole day, but please only register and count any people coming with you to help. Use the registration on this page. Only your name and email is required.
COVID-19 note: all attendees will have their temperature checked (you may not be allowed to stay if your temperature is above 99°F) and must be wearing a mask upon arrival and throughout the day.
